Job summary

Forever New Liverpool is looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead our team and drive sales in Australia’s fastest growing fashion brand. You will inspire, coach and develop staff while delivering exceptional customer service to our diverse clientele.

Reporting to the Area Manager, you will manage rosters, merchandising, and store performance with a focus on fashion-forward presentation and timely execution across late nights, public holidays and weekends when required.

Qualifications

• Retail store management experience required.
• Proven ability to achieve sales, wages, and targets.
• Passion for coaching and leading teams.
• Exposure to performance management a plus.
• Strong communication and customer service focus.
• Able to manage rosters effectively.
• Visual merchandising skills desired.
• Open to late nights, holidays and weekends when required.
• Understanding of fashion trends relevant to Forever New.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
• Coach and develop team through 1:1s and training.
• Manage day-to-day operations including rosters and stock.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards across the store.
