Forever New in Sydney is looking for a Store Manager for our Hurstville store to lead and inspire a team, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer experiences in a fast-growing fashion brand.

Reporting to the Area Manager, you will shape store performance, manage rosters, coach staff, and build strong relationships with customers as part of a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• You have retail store management experience.
• Proven ability to achieve sales, wages, and targets.
• Passion for coaching and leading teams.
• Exposure to performance management.
• Strong and engaging communicator with a focus on customer service.
• Can execute effective roster management.
• Previous visual merchandising ability.
• Open to late night trading, public holidays and weekends.
• Understand fashion and trends.
