Universal Store on the Sunshine Coast is seeking a passionate Store Manager who thrives on leading from the front, building a strong store culture, and delivering standout customer experiences. The role involves a Tuesday–Saturday roster with late-night trade.

Lead a diverse team to drive sales, manage rostering and budgets, and maintain brand standards through visual merchandising. If you love youth fashion and developing future leaders, we’d love to hear from you.

Formación

• Proven store management experience in retail.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Track record in achieving sales targets and profitability.

Responsabilidades

• Lead day-to-day store operations with a strong and visible floor presence
• Inspire, coach, and develop a large, diverse team to build future leaders
• Deliver outstanding customer experiences in line with Universal Store service standards
• Drive sales performance and store profitability through strong cost and productivity management
• Manage rostering, budgets, and scheduling to achieve business and payroll targets
• Maintain visual merchandising, presentation standards, and overall store efficiency
• Recruit, train, and support team members through clear, honest, and constructive feedback
• Uphold and role‑model Universal Store’s values, culture, and brand expectations
