Job summary

Repco in Sydney is seeking a Store Manager to lead a retail and trade specialist team, driving sales, profits and exceptional service. You will manage finance, operations and safety, mentor staff, build strong customer relationships, and act as a brand ambassador within the local community.

The role requires leadership, adaptability and a commitment to continuous improvement and inclusivity. Former GPC Asia Pacific experience and a proactive approach to safety are valued as you steer store

Qualifications

• Supervisory/leadership/management experience.
• Ability to motivate a team and drive results.
• Experience with multi-network operations or dual format roles is desirable.
• Strong focus on workplace safety at all times.
• Excellent customer relationship skills and ability to create memorable service moments.
• Sound computer skills.
• Hold a valid driver’s license.
