• Promote brand aesthetic and a superior guest experience.
• Analyse KPIs and business drivers to derive strategic plans.
• Ensure store standards and company policy are upheld.
• Provide training on product, promotions, initiatives and selling skills.
• Chair employee meetings and manage welfare and misconduct issues.
• Liaise with centre management for job boards, promotions and events.
• Build a positive, inclusive, service-oriented work environment.
• Collaborate with Area Management and internal stakeholders.
