The role requires proven supervisory experience, a passion for coaching teams and delivering moments that matter to customers.

Qualifications

• Supervisory/leadership/management experience.
• Ability to motivate a team and drive results.
• Experience with multi-network operations and/or workshop operations (desirable).
• Emphasis on workplace safety at all times.
• Strong relationship building with customers; creating memorable moments.
• Solution-focused problem-solver.
• Solid computer skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
