Qualifications

• Proven experience managing a retail store and leading a team.
• Strong commercial awareness and a track record of achieving sales targets.
• Confidence coaching team members, providing feedback and managing performance.
• Hands-on leadership style and a genuine passion for customer service.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Takes initiative, adapts to change and works independently.
• Outdoor, apparel or specialist retail experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities
