Job summary

Clover’s General Store in Bridgetown, WA is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily operations, drive sales and deliver an outstanding customer experience. The role runs 7am–2pm, Monday to Friday, with 70 hours per fortnight and the opportunity to guide a dynamic team in a friendly community retail setting.

You will oversee staff performance, scheduling, merchandising, inventory and compliance with health and safety regulations while promoting company initiatives and community engagement.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership experience in a retail store environment.
• Strong customer service orientation and relationship-building skills.
• Experience managing staff, schedules, training and performance.
• Understanding of retail operations, inventory and POS systems.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
