Platypus Shoes is seeking a Store Manager for the Rundle Mall location in South Australia. You will lead a passionate team, including an Assistant Store Manager, to deliver exceptional customer experiences while driving sales and KPIs in a high-profile retail environment.

Work with the Area Manager to spot growth opportunities, manage rosters and stock, and uphold OH&S standards. The role emphasizes coaching, training, and maintaining visual merchandising standards to ensure store performance

Qualifications

• Experience leading a store in a high-volume retail environment.
• Proven ability to coach and develop a retail team.
• Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Drive store performance by meeting sales targets and KPIs.
• Lead and motivate the team to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Monitor daily/weekly/monthly sales and identify improvements.
• Manage rosters and wage costs in line with targets.
• Coach team members, plan training, and maintain morale.
• Oversee stock levels, store image, and operations.
• Ensure OH&S compliance and legislative adherence.
