Job summary

OPSM is seeking a Store Manager for the Bega team to lead and develop our in-store team, delivering exceptional customer experiences while driving sales and store performance. No optical experience is required; world-class training is provided.

You will work with luxury brands such as CHANEL, Ray-Ban, PRADA and Gucci, and engage with cutting-edge wearable technology like Ray-Ban Meta and Nuance Audio glasses.

Qualifications

• Sales leadership with a KPI-driven track record.
• Ability to lead teams through change and new initiatives.
• Passion for technology, innovation and learning; stay ahead of product launches.
• Strong problem-solving and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills.
• Previous leadership experience, ideally in retail.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and motivate your team to achieve and exceed sales targets.

• Oversee daily store operations including rostering, stock control, visual standards and compliance.
