OPSM is part of EssilorLuxottica, a global eyewear group, seeking a Store Manager to lead our Bega team. No optical experience required as world-class training is provided to ensure you empower customers with an exceptional experience.

Join us in guiding customers through styling and personalising high-fashion frames from luxury houses such as Chanel, Ray-Ban, Prada, Gucci, Tiffany & Co, and more, including Ray-Ban Meta and Oakley tech eyewear.

Qualifications

• Leads a retail team to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Able to drive change and introduce new products or tech.
• Passion for technology and learning; stays ahead of launches.
• Excellent relationship-building and problem-solving.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Previous leadership experience in retail preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach and motivate your team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Successfully lead teams through change and new product launches.
• Drive adoption of new products by ensuring team is confident and customer-focused.
• Oversee daily store operations including rostering, stock control and visual standards.
• Champion exceptional customer experiences through expert product knowledge.
• Recruit, develop and retain a passionate retail team.
• Create a positive, inclusive and engaging store environment.
