Qualifications

• Strong retail store management experience.
• Excellent time management and multitasking ability.
• Visual merchandising and activity setup experience.
• Physically capable to handle large volumes of stock and set the pace.
• Owner's mindset for your store and a proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the full employee life cycle.
• Build and lead a team to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Achieve sales growth and meet department and store KPI targets.
• Launch catalogue campaigns and manage visuals.
• Maintain store standards and merchandising presentation.
• Oversee stock replenishment and stock integrity initiatives.
• Manage high-volume stock movement and accuracy.
