You will inspire and coach teams, deliver outstanding service, drive sales, manage stock flow and promotions, and uphold presentation and safety standards across busy stores.

Qualifications

• Experience managing high stock volumes on a busy retail floor.
• Ability to lead and inspire teams of 15–30+ members.
• Passion for nurturing talent and driving team success.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Adaptability and problem-solving with a results-focused mindset.
• Confident communication and comfort with retail systems.
• First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain—funded by us).

Responsibilities

• Leading, motivating and developing a high-performing team
