The role focuses on achieving sales growth, launching campaigns, and maintaining store standards while managing stock flow and profitability. A passion for leadership and a hands-on, owner mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Strong retail store management experience preferred.
• Time management & multi-tasking ability.
• Visual merchandising and activity set-up experience.
• Physically capable to work large volumes of stock and set the pace.
• Having an owner's mindset for your store.
• A passionate attitude that inspires your Team.
• A resilient & innovative problem solver.
• Ability to review and action reporting (sales, top sellers, P&L, etc.).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the full employee life cycle.
• Build your team to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Achieve sales growth and meet department and store KPI targets.
• Launching catalogue campaigns.
• Visual Merchandising and building store standards.
• Daily recovery & replenishment of stock.
• Stock integrity initiatives to increase department profit.
• High volume stock management and movement.
