Yo-Bar is expanding and seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a high-energy, high-volume store in Adelaide. This hands-on role requires you to own the store’s performance, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and drive a motivated team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in a store/venue management role.
• Background in hospitality, QSR, or food retail environments.
• Strong English communication in fast-paced customer-facing settings.
• Natural leader who can motivate, coach, and bring out the best in a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of a high-performing, fast-paced store.
• Create standout customer service experiences that build loyalty.
• Hire, train and develop a strong and engaged team.
• Own rosters, labour costs and team productivity.
• Collaborate with Training Manager on team development.
• Drive sales performance and KPIs.
• Manage stock, ordering and cost control with confidence.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation and food safety.
