Job summary

Yo-Bar in Hobart is opening a brand-new store and seeking Casual Crew Members to join the team before opening in early November. You will work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment, supporting the Store Manager and Leaders to deliver exceptional customer service and smooth daily operations.

As a key contact for customers, you will help create a welcoming experience, respond to needs, and uphold store standards.

About The Role

This is a hands-on, customer-facing team member role where you'll support the Store Manager and Team Leaders in delivering a high-performing store experience. During your shifts, you'll will be guided by your Team Leaders and Store Manager, contributing to a positive team culture while helping maintain store standards and efficiency. As a key point of contact for customers, you'll play an important role in creating a welcoming experience, responding to customer needs, and ensuring every interaction reflects our standards.
