Yo-Bar in Geelong is hiring Casual Crew Members for a brand-new store opening at the end of October. This hands-on, customer-facing role supports the Store Manager and Team Leaders to deliver a high-energy, welcoming shopping experience.

You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, help keep daily operations running smoothly, and contribute to sales goals while maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards. Previous food or retail crew experience is preferred.

About the Role:

This is a hands-on, customer-facing team member role where you’ll support the Store Manager and Team Leaders in delivering a high-performing store experience. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment, working alongside your team to provide exceptional customer service while keeping daily store operations running smoothly.

You’ll be part of a high-volume, high-energy environment where no two days are the same.

During your shifts, you’ll will be guided by your Team Leaders and Store Manager, contributing to a positive team culture while helping maintain store standards and efficiency. As a key point of contact for customers, you’ll play an important role in creating a welcoming experience, responding to customer needs, and ensuring every interaction reflects our standards.
