Yo-Bar in Geelong seeks an experienced Store Manager to run a high-volume location with hands-on leadership, owning day-to-day operations, staff performance and customer experience.

You will thrive in a fast-paced, energetic setting, manage rosters, KPIs and costs, and contribute to a culture of growth, training and exceptional service, with weekend/evening availability.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Store Manager, Venue Manager, or similar leadership role.
• Background in hospitality, QSR, or food retail environments.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English in a fast-paced customer-facing environment.
• A natural leader who can motivate, coach, and bring the best out of a team.
• Strong commercial awareness with experience managing KPIs and costs.
• Highly organised with excellent communication skills.
• Thrives in fast-paced, high-energy environments and loves the buzz.

About the Role:

This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll take full ownership of your store. You’ll lead from the front, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and set the standard for both team performance and customer experience.

You’ll be stepping into a high-volume, high-energy space where no two days are the same, and that’s exactly how we like it.

Weekend and evening availability is essential to match our busiest trading periods.
