Job summary

Brandbank Group is seeking a Store Manager for the Chadstone Store to lead a dynamic team and shape the customer journey with our refreshed product range. You will guide operations, training, and visual presentation to ensure a compelling in-store experience consistent with the brand’s new era.

You will drive sales, mentor staff, and maintain brand standards across merchandising, inventory, and customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role supervising teams in fast-paced retail environments.
• Ability to drive sales and meet wage targets within budgets.
• Strong visual merchandising sense to maintain brand consistency.

Responsibilities

• Lead a customer-centric store culture with a focus on education and seamless service.

• Experience in a similar role, supervising teams in fast-paced retail environment.
• An open and supportive leader, with the ability to motivate, empower and inspire a team to achieve success.
• Demonstrated commercial acumen with an ability to assist driving sales, wage targets and shrinkage KPI’s and in line with budgets.
• An eye for detail, with a talent for Visual Merchandising and expressing your creativity.
• Exposure to high stock volumes and stock management.
