The ideal candidate has over 3 years of management experience in grocery or food retail, is customer-focused, and possesses strong leadership skills. The position offers opportunities for succession across additional stores.

Competenze

• 3+ years of Store Management or 2IC experience, preferably in supermarkets.
• Experience in grocery or food retail management required.
• Strong skills in developing teams and maximising department revenue.
