Qualifications
- Proven retail management experience, leading by example and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, inspire, and develop a high-performing team.
- Eager to learn all aspects of automotive retail.
- Operational know-how in visual merchandising, stock control, loss prevention, and performance reporting.
- Commitment to safety, ensuring compliance with WHS programs and a safe work environment.
