Job summary

GANT is seeking a confident and people-focused Store Manager to lead our Perth DFO store. This role requires a leader who drives sales, sets clear standards and builds a high-performing, enjoyable store culture.

You will be responsible for overall performance, culture and day-to-day operations, leading from the floor and coaching your team to deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining strong operational standards. This full-time position runs on a Tuesday–Saturday roster.

Qualifications

• Open to different levels of experience; capability, confidence and character matter most.
• You may be an experienced Store Manager, or a high-performing Assistant Manager ready to step into your next role.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the team to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
• Create a culture built on integrity, accountability and respect
• Coach, develop and manage performance in a clear, fair and respectful way
• Deliver a premium customer experience — welcoming, genuine and not scripted
• Maintain high visual merchandising and presentation standards
• Ensure smooth and compliant store operations including rostering, stock management and safety
