Qualifications

• Senior retail management experience.
• Track record of leading by example and delivering top-tier customer service.
• Natural ability to motivate and inspire your team.
• Confidence in managing a diverse range of personalities.
• Strong skills in training, driving floor sales, and achieving results.
• Experience in visual merchandising, stock control, health and safety, store security, and basic financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of ~35 team members to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
• Develop people and coach performance to raise capability and engagement.
• Drive commercial outcomes through strong store leadership and execution.
• Manage scheduling, coverage, and shift planning to balance business needs and team wellbeing.
• Oversee stock control, safety, compliance, and loss prevention.
