rebel Traralgon is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a large team and deliver outstanding customer experiences. You will oversee around 35 team members in a high-energy environment, driving commercial performance and staff development.

Qualifications

• Large format retail management experience.
• Track record of leading by example and delivering top-tier customer service.
• Natural ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
• Strong skills in training, driving floor sales, and achieving results.
• Experience in visual merchandising, stock control, health and safety, store security, and basic financial reporting.
