rebel Traralgon, part of Super Retail Group, is seeking an experienced retail leader who thrives on developing people, delivering outstanding customer experiences, and driving commercial success. Leading a team of approx. 35 team members, you'll foster a high-energy environment where customers and staff can perform at their best. This rare opening includes a thorough handover and ongoing support from day one.

Qualifications

• Senior retail management experience.

• Strong skills in training, driving floor sales, and achieving results.
• Experience in visual merchandising, stock control, health and safety, store security, and basic financial reporting.
