Rebel Sport in Traralgon, Victoria, is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a high-performing team and drive outstanding customer experiences. You will manage about 35 team members and shape a vibrant, high-energy store environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of ~35 team members to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
• Drive commercial performance and store profitability.
• Schedule and manage staffing to cover Sunday-Thursday or Tuesday-Saturday shifts.
• Oversee visual merchandising, stock control, health and safety, store security, and basic financial reporting.
