Keith Crawleys Industrial and Rural Supplies is seeking an experienced Store Manager to oversee our Chinchilla store and lead daily operations on a full-time basis. The role focuses on profitability, customer service, and team leadership within a rural-industrial retail context.

You will manage stock, drive sales, recruit and train staff, and maintain strong customer relationships while fostering a positive team culture in Queensland’s Chinchilla area.

Formación

• Experience leading a retail store or similar leadership role in industrial, rural, or hardware retail sectors.
• Track record of achieving sales targets and improving store profitability.
• Ability to recruit, train, and motivate a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build lasting relationships.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills; ability to prioritise tasks.
• Familiarity with inventory management and retail POS software.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily store operations, stock management, merchandising, and store cleanliness.
• Lead, motivate, recruit, train, and schedule store staff to build a high-performing team.
• Drive sales performance and achieve store targets through merchandising and promotions.
• Manage inventory levels, ordering, and stock rotation to minimise wastage.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and use feedback for improvements.
