Job summary

Frontline Recruitment Group is seeking an experienced Store Manager for Hornsby. You will lead a team to deliver exceptional service, meet sales targets, and manage daily operations in a busy retail environment.

You will drive performance, curate a strong customer experience, and maintain store standards, inventory and presentation while fostering a positive, accountable team culture.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Store Manager or a strong Assistant Store Manager ready for the next step.
• Proven experience leading, coaching and developing a retail team.
• Strong understanding of sales targets, KPIs and commercial performance.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.

What You'll Be Responsible

For As Store Manager, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day running of the store, ensuring your team delivers exceptional service while achieving sales and operational targets.
