Forty Winks in Bundaberg, QLD is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a dynamic team, drive sales, and uphold our store standards.

The role involves coaching staff, overseeing daily operations, managing stock, and delivering exceptional customer service in a busy furniture and bedding environment. You will analyse performance data, liaise with head office, ensure health and safety compliance, and build loyal customers.

• Experience leading a retail team in furniture/home goods.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
• Excellent customer service orientation.
• Strong merchandising and store layout skills.
• Proficient with POS and retail management systems.
• Able to work weekends/public holidays.
