Job summary

Frontline Recruitment Group in Bundaberg is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a busy furniture and homewares store. You will supervise 6–10 staff, drive sales through consultative customer service and manage day-to-day operations on the shop floor.

This hands-on leadership role rewards strong team development, performance improvement and effective stock control, reporting and compliance.

Permanent, full-time position with a Tuesday–Saturday roster and long-term career potential.

Qualifications

• Proven retail management or supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership, coaching and team development skills.

This is a hands-on leadership position combining team development, sales performance and store administration, suited to someone who enjoys being actively involved on the shop floor.
