Job summary

City Chic Collective is seeking a Store Manager for our Wetherill Park store in Sydney. You will lead a busy retail team with a focus on delivering an exceptional customer experience and driving sales growth.

The role requires at least 2 years of management experience, strong leadership, and a passion for fashion. You will coach and develop your team, maintain store standards, and ensure health and safety compliance while achieving budgets and KPIs.

Qualifications

We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate Store Manager, for our Wetherill Parkstore,who is a fashion-loving retail professional, loves the chase of the sale and is eager to grow our business.

We are looking for an individual with at least 2 years of management experience who is ready to take their career to the next level!

The Store Manager role supports the Regional Manager and has overall responsibility for the success of the store. It's going to be an incredibly busy but exciting role, where no two days will be the same. As the Store Manager will you be responsible for:

• Maximising Sales Growth by creating a unique customer experience

• Leading and motivating your team to achieve targets and KPI's
• Store presentation through implementing visual merchandising standards.
• Inventory control and managing loss prevention
