Job summary

Elite Eleven is seeking a Store Manager to lead our Carousel store in Western Australia. You will drive sales, coach a team on the shop floor, manage rostering, stock and customer experience to embody our brand.

You will foster a welcoming, community-driven environment, uphold our values, and mentor staff toward growth while delivering exceptional service and meeting KPI targets.

• You have great organisational, analytical, and management skills
• You're a leader who loves being on the sales floor to motivate, coach, and help our team members succeed
• Proven ability to achieve sales, wages, KPI’s & stock loss targets
• Experience in retail

• Daily management of stock to minimise stock loss and maximise sales
