Platypus Shoes Plenty Valley is seeking a Store Manager to lead a high-performing team and drive sales growth across a busy retail location. You will partner with the Area Manager to optimize performance, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and maintain visual merchandising standards.

The role requires strong leadership, clear communication, and a track record of achieving targets in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Experience as Store Manager or ASM in a high-volume retail environment.
Proven leadership with a results-driven mindset.
Excellent communication and team development skills.
Demonstrated ability to drive sales and manage store performance.

Responsibilities

Drive the overall performance of your store by achieving sales targets, KPIs, and maintaining visual merchandising standards.
Lead and motivate your team to deliver outstanding results in sales and customer service.
Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales, celebrating wins and identifying areas for improvement.
Manage rosters and wage costs in line with company targets and operational needs.
Coach and develop team members, ensuring ongoing training, high morale, and strong succession planning.
Oversee stock levels, store presentation, and operational excellence.
Ensure adherence to OH&S standards and legislation.
