Job summary

Cotton On is seeking a store leader to drive culture and build a team of engaged product and Brand ambassadors. You will empower a customer-first, people-focused team while delivering strong results and a positive shopping experience.

You will foster customer excellence, grow store performance with clear direction and operational discipline, and apply a commercial eye to seize trade opportunities that enhance the customer journey.

Responsibilities

The Role
