Job summary

Saputo Inc. and AG Warehouse are seeking a Store Manager to lead our Cohuna rural retail team.

You’ll drive store performance, deliver outstanding customer service, and champion agribusiness product knowledge at our agricultural merchandise store. You’ll manage a diverse team, oversee operations including the fertiliser depot, and partner with local farmers to support seasonal needs and product expertise across seed, fertiliser, and rural merchandise.

Qualifications

• Experience in rural retail store management.
• Knowledge of seeds and fertiliser products.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Proficient in budgeting, forecasting and store P&L.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with farmers.
• Experience with retail systems (MS Office).

Responsibilities

• Lead a diverse team including an Agronomist, Delivery Driver and Retail Sales Assistants.
• Oversee store operations and fertiliser depot.
• Manage store profit and loss, budgeting and forecasting.
• Coordinate deliveries, supplier relationships and store presentation.

Being a Store Manager with AG Warehouse:

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Store Manager to join our team in Cohuna. You’ll lead a high-performing team and deliver exceptional customer service in our agricultural merchandise store, both in-store and through on-farm engagement.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead a diverse team of staff, including an Agronomist, Delivery Driver and Retail Sales Assistants

What You’ll Bring

• Experience in rural retail store management
• Experience in the agribusiness sector and knowledge of Seeds
• Fertiliser knowledge is highly desirable
• Strong financial, sales, and operational acumen
• Proven leadership and people management skills
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving abilities
• Comfortable using retail systems and Microsoft Office
