Job summary

Skechers Chirnside in Melbourne is seeking a Store Manager to lead a passionate team and drive sales across our Skechers brand in Australia & New Zealand. You’ll be accountable for all store operations, coaching, and delivering exceptional customer experiences every day.

The role offers autonomy to make in-store decisions, a clear pathway to senior leadership, and a roster Tuesday to Saturday with two consecutive days off each week.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Store Manager or senior leader with a strong track record of driving sales.
• Ability to work autonomously and make in-store decisions impacting performance.
• Growth mindset; active in seeking feedback and progressing to flagship stores or leadership.
• Confident coach focused on developing others and building high-performing teams.
• Strong standards in visual merchandising, stock control and store presentation.

Responsibilities

• Own whole-of-store performance by driving sales, added value, UPT and customer experience.
• Lead by example on the shop floor to connect with customers and drive sales.
• Educate customers about our world-famous products and brand story.
• Coach and develop a high-performance, energetic store culture.
• Manage a diverse team and lead across store operations and priorities.
• Deliver weekly performance feedback; oversee wage control, shrink, VM, and safety.

• Proven experience as a Store Manager or senior leader (ASM/Supervisor), with a strong track record of driving sales and team performance
• The ability to work autonomously, with confidence to make in-store decisions that positively impact sales performance
• A growth mindset, actively seeking feedback and motivated to progress into flagship stores or senior leadership roles
• A confident coach with a passion for developing others and building engaged, high-performing teams
• Strong operational standards across visual merchandising, stock control, and overall store presentation
