Bonds Belconnen is seeking an energetic Store Manager to lead a high-performing team, drive budgets and KPIs, and deliver exceptional customer service within a 38-hour workweek store environment.

This full-time role offers leadership development pathways, a supportive team culture and opportunities to advance within Hanes Brands Australasia’s brands. A focus on inclusivity and brand standards underpins daily operations.

About the Role

We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Store Manager to join the team at our Bonds Belconnen store.

This is a full-time position at 38 hours per week .

• Lead by example to build an inclusive, high-performing team, while driving budgets, KPIs and great customer experiences
• Create a strong customer-first environment where every interaction reflects the brand and a consistently high level of service
