Job summary

Bonds Watergardens is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for a part-time position at 28.75 hours per week. You will lead a small team, coach colleagues, manage stock, and ensure VM-compliant displays to drive store performance.

Work alongside the Store Manager to meet budgets and KPIs while delivering inclusive customer experiences in a supportive, diverse environment. Bonds is part of Hanes Brands Australasia, offering growth across brands.

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Assistant Store Manager to join the team at our Bonds Watergardens store.

This is a part‑time position at 28.75 hours per week.

• Support the delivery of inclusive, positive, and respectful customer experiences
• Assist with training, coaching, and development to help the team achieve store budgets and KPIs
• Support the setup and maintenance of in‑store displays in line with visual merchandising (VM) guidelines
• Assist with stock processing and deliveries as part of day‑to‑day store operations
• Collaborate with the Store Manager and wider team on operational and additional tasks as required
