Brand Collective is seeking a Store Manager for Black Pepper in Hornsby to lead daily store operations, drive sales and deliver outstanding customer service. You will lead a passionate team, manage stock, maintain visuals, and ensure a welcoming shopping experience for customers.

This full-time role offers weekends off on a rotating schedule and a chance to shape in-store culture while upholding brand standards across merchandising and service.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Take ownership of day-to-day store operations, ensuring the store is organised, efficient and operating to brand standards.
• Manage stock levels and inventory processes, including replenishment, stock organisation and minimising stock discrepancies.
• Develop and manage monthly staff rosters, ensuring appropriate coverage within allocated labour hours and budget.
• Maintain high visual merchandising standards reflecting the Black Pepper brand and creating an inspiring shopping environment.
• Monitor store performance and identify opportunities to drive sales, improve customer engagement and achieve key business objectives.

ROLE IN A NUTSHELL

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and driven Store Manager to lead our Black Pepper store in Hornsby.As the Store Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, driving sales, and ensuring exceptional customer service. You’ll lead a passionate team, manage inventory, maintain visual merchandising standards, and create a welcoming shopping experience for our customers.

*Please note this is a Full-Time position with every other weekend off. (Week 1 Monday-Friday and Week 2 Tuesday-Saturday)
