BCF Noarlunga is opening a new store and seeks a passionate Store Manager to maximise sales, run smooth operations, and foster a positive team culture. You’ll lead by example, drive customer service excellence, and mentor staff across shifts to deliver outstanding shopping experiences for outdoors enthusiasts.

Ideal candidates have senior retail management experience, proven leadership, and the ability to motivate a diverse team while overseeing training, merchandising, stock control, and safety

BCF Noarlunga is coming, and it's bringing a first for Australia.

Our newest store will feature an innovative Macpac store-in-store concept, creating a unique destination for outdoor lovers unlike anything we've seen before.

We're looking for a passionate, customer-focused Store Manager who want to be part of a new store opening, build a great team culture, and help customers get more from the outdoors. If you love adventure, teamwork and making a difference, we'd love to have you on the journey.
