Focus on Furniture Pty is seeking a driven Store Manager to lead our NSW store and elevate performance. You will own store results, coach the team, and deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

As the Store Manager, you will guide sales, drive KPIs, and work closely with senior leadership to meet business goals while maintaining visual standards and resolving customer enquiries professionally.

About the Role

As Store Manager, you will take full ownership of store performance, leading from the front to achieve sales targets, inspire your team, and deliver outstanding service.
