Job summary

Focus On Furniture is looking for a driven Store Manager to lead our Adelaide store, drive sales, and create outstanding customer experiences in a fast-paced retail environment.

As Store Manager, you will own store performance, coach a high-performing team, and ensure KPIs are met while maintaining visual merchandising standards and service excellence. Weekend availability may be required; uncapped bonus potential is offered along with ongoing training.

• Proven experience in retail sales leadership (furniture experience advantageous but not essential).
• Strong track record of achieving sales and KPI targets.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and motivate a team.
