Bras N Things Eastgardens in Sydney seeks a driven Store Manager to lead a high-performing team in a full-time role of 38 hours per week. You will manage budgets, KPIs, stock, and store presentation while delivering exceptional customer experiences and team coaching.

• Execute visual merchandising in-store with brand guidelines and commercial judgment.
• Own stock processes and daily operations to ensure smooth store flow.
• Manage the store schedule, including a 3-day weekend monthly and Sunday/Monday RDOs.
• Provide staff discounts and drive engagement through incentive programs.
• Support retention with health benefits, EAP and career pathways.

About the Role

We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Store Manager to join the team at our Bras N Things Eastgardens store.

This is a full-timeposition at 38 hours per week.

• Lead by example to build an inclusive, high-performing team, while driving budgets, KPIs and great customer experiences


• Create a strong customer-first environment where every interaction reflects the brand and a consistently high level of service


• Coach and develop your team through regular on-the-spot feedback, support and ongoing capability building


• Execute visual merchandising in-store, balancing brand guidelines, customer needs and store presentation with commercial judgement


• Take ownership of stock processes and daily operations, keeping priorities clear to support smooth day-to-day running


• Enjoy a 3-day weekend every month, plus your standard Sunday and Monday RDOs
