Job summary

Snooze Townsville is seeking a passionate Store Manager who presents in a self-assured, authentic manner and knows how to build relationships and manage a team while caring about providing expert sleep solutions to our customers.

Immediate start available. The successful candidate will work standard retail trading hours, including weekends, public holidays, and weekdays. A satisfactory National Police Check is a mandatory requirement for this management position.

Responsibilities

• Motivate and engage a team while leading, organising tasks, handle customer queries, plan for the business and ensure the store looks immaculate.
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and deliver outstanding service.
• Build rapport and foster long-term relationships.
• Participate in daily store operations, including merchandising bedrooms, lifting stock, operating computers, answering calls and walking the sales floor.
• Demonstrate experience in retail store management.
• Motivate and grow a small team to sell and achieve budget.
