Job summary

Snooze Craigieburn is seeking a passionate Sales Assistant who presents authentically and builds relationships while delivering expert sleep solutions to customers.

You will work rostered hours during the week, including weekends and some public holidays, with onsite parking and a great team to work with. Training will cover high quality beds and mattresses to help customers find the perfect solution.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales is advantageous.
• Ability to connect with people and build rapport quickly.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• The capability to lift product on occasion.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and deliver outstanding service.
• Build rapport and foster long-term relationships with customers.
• Participate in daily store operations, including merchandising bedrooms, lifting stock, operating computers, answering calls and walking the sales floor.
• Enjoy training and learn about high quality beds and mattresses.
