Job summary

Snooze Tweed Heads and Bundall stores are seeking a Sales Assistant to work at both locations. The role offers variety with a mix of weekdays, weekends, and public holidays. Part-time or casual hours are available.

You will build rapport with customers, provide expert sleep solutions, and deliver a memorable shopping experience that reflects Snooze’s brand. You’ll also merchandise, lift stock, and operate store systems.

Qualifications

• Retail experience in selling big-ticket items is preferred, but not essential.
• Natural relationship-building skills.
• Positive attitude, energy, and the ability to inspire others.
• Collaborate with your team to hit targets and achieve store goals.
• Physically able to walk the floor and safely lift or move stock when required.
• Adept with computer skills (experience with Pronto an advantage).
