Job summary

Bedgear in Miranda, Australia, is seeking a Store Manager to lead day-to-day operations and deliver an outstanding customer experience in a wellness retail environment.

You will manage a small team on a rotating roster that includes three weekends in four, report to the Senior Stores Manager, and drive sales while maintaining strong customer relationships. You will learn our fitting process and product range, bringing energy and a growth mindset to the team.

Your Role

Working full-time on a rotating roster that includes three weekends in four, you'll report directly to the Senior Stores Manager and will:

• Lead the day-to-day operations of the store
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and build lasting customer relationships
• Coach, motivate and develop a team of 2–4 casual and part-time team members
• Assist with recruitment and onboarding of new team members
• Prepare rosters and oversee daily staffing requirements
• Manage store and personal sales targets
• Manage inventory levels and coordinate customer deliveries with supply partners

About You

• Experience leading a customer-focused retail team, preferably within a recognised consumer brand; or
• You are a high-performing salesperson who believes they are ready to prove themselves in their first leadership role
• Strong communication skills and a genuine desire to help people improve their sleep and wellbeing
• Australian work rights are required for this position
