Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operations of the store
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and build relationships
• Coach, motivate and develop a team of 2–4 casual and part-time staff
• Assist with recruitment and onboarding of new team members
• Prepare rosters and manage daily staffing requirements
• Manage store and personal sales targets
• Coordinate inventory levels and deliveries with supply partners
