Job summary

Jabba Restaurants Pty Ltd in Kirrawee NSW is seeking a Store Manager to lead our busy McDonalds franchise.

You will oversee inventory, budgeting, customer service, store presentation, WHS compliance, and staff training; relevant experience and an Associate-Degree or higher preferred. The base salary is competitive and the role is on site at Kirrawee NSW.

Qualifications

• Inventory management including overseeing stock levels and ordering merchandise.
• Preparing and managing budgets, tracking expenses and liaising with senior management re. financial goals.
• Providing excellent customer service including tending to customer inquiries and complaints.
• Maintaining store presentation.
• Ensuring the business complies with Workplace Health and Safety policies.
• Selecting, training and supervision / upskilling of staff.

Job description

Jabba Restaurants Pty Ltd is a McDonalds franchisee. Given the needs of the business, we now require a Store Manager to join our busy team. The successful candidate will be required to work out of our premises in Kirrawee NSW.

Key Responsibilities

• Inventory management including overseeing stock levels, ordering merchandise and goods.
• Preparing and managing budgets, tracking expenses and liaising with senior management re. financial goals of the business.
• Providing excellent customer service including tending to customer inquiries and complaints.
• Maintaining store presentation.
• Ensuring the business complies with relevant laws, including Workplace Health and Safety policies.
• Selecting, training and supervision / upskilling of staff.

Skill & Experience

• Associate-Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma and one (1) year full-time relevant work experience; OR
• Three (3) years of full-time work experience.

A base salary of $80,000.00 per annum (plus superannuation) will be offered to the successful candidate.

The successful candidate must also be passionate, proactive and have an eye for detail.
