Job summary

Fossil is seeking a store leader for our Homebush Watch Station DFO store to drive sales, inspire a productive team and deliver an exceptional guest experience.

Analyses key business drivers and identifies performance strengths while leading with a team‑centric approach that motivates talent and upholds outstanding service.

Australian work authorisation is required and you should be available for rotating shifts including weekends and evenings.

• Store management experience required to lead and oversee retail operations.
